Nude Picnic at Hanlan's Point Beach Sunday 4 July, 1 pm

Come share the fabulous nude beach with the men who made it happen! Meet Peter Simm and thank him in person. Bring food and water and lots of sun-screen to share with all the American tourists! Should be a great day!

 

Planning Meeting: Thursday 8 July, 7:30 pm

All men are welcome. All of our meetings are naked, so even when they get bogged down in business, they are never completely dull! Come share your ideas and help us make our decisions for the future. .

 

"Nude Awakening" -- Gary's Party and BBQ at Muther's: Sunday 11 July, 6 pm to 1 am

Gary is hosting another one of his wonderful parties at Muther's, the guest-house above the Toolbox. An outdoor patio barbeque, some non-alcoholic beverages and a clothes check, with someone to watch your belongings, are provided. Hamburgers and sausages available from 6 - 8:30pm. Bar service is available downstairs. $7 for members and advance tickets, $10 for others, or free with a $15 membership or a room rental. These are well-attended parties so get your ticket early at the Toolbox or leave your name and number with Gary, either by e-mail to imgjptot@bconnex.net or by phone at 1-905-936-3533 at least four days prior to the party.

IMEN International Naked Gathering: Sunday 11 July to Sunday 18 July

This is not a TNT!MEN event, but you might be interested in it anyway. The Fourth Annual IMEN International Gathering of Gay Male Naturists, which will be held at Camp Ramblewood, from July 11 - 18, 1999. This is a special and unique week of socializing, male bonding and camaraderie, featuring great food and lots of fun events. The fee for the full week is US$450, and half-week rates are available. TNT!MEN Night at the Spa Excess: Tuesday 13 July, 8-11pm

Every Tuesday, the first 16 card-carrying TNT!MEN members get a free room or locker. The rest get in for half price. On the third Tuesday of every month, TNT!MEN members get their first drink at half price!

Nude Coffee Night with Norm: Thursday 15 July, 7:30 to 9 pm

Returning to an old nudist tradition, we're pleased to announce regular "meet the members" coffee nights! Norm, our newest Board member, has volunteered to host a coffee night on the third Thursday of each month, from 7:30 to 9 pm. These are chatty and fun events, a great way to get to know some other members. You can send e-mail to Norm at to ask him if you can attend. Numbers are limited. $3 members, $5 non-members, or join and get in free.

 

X-Plicit Players "Tour of Touch" at the Swansea Thursday 15 through Saturday 17 July, 7 pm

(Not a TNT!MEN events.) The X-Plicit Players are: "a naked(!), psychedelic(!!) performance group based in Berkeley, California, USA. We deal intimately and palpably with Body in many forms, beginning with our own naked flesh bodies, and the bodies of our willing audience members. We cultivate alternative functions of touch, alternative experiences of Body. We use language, voices, instruments of sound and music, paintings, and videos to reach and move our audiences and each other. We fight to stay naked and free on the streets and in the parks of our town, experiencing Body in the social realm; experiencing the social body of Berkeley. Our performance is both a forum where we present the results of our Body studies, and a laboratory where we advance them."

 

Sound interesting? They are performing for three nights only at the Swansea Community Centre (95 Lavinia Ave, near Bloor and Runnymede). Tickets are $10, limited space is available. Naked in the Woods: A TNT!MEN Retreat and Camping Weekend: Friday 23 July to Sunday 25 July

Come join us at Heartlywoods for "Naked in the Woods: A TNT!MEN weekend of camaraderie and relaxation." Relax, play, massage, eat, and sleep in a 50 acre nature reserve with a dozen or more great men. Beside great food and wonderful company, we offer many fun things to do, including opening and closing circles, games, life drawing, Twister, a massage exchange, hikes through the woods, outdoor frolicks, photo opportunities with their new digital camera (featuring instant slide shows!), and whatever other activities appeal to us. This retreat weekend is naked, so leave your clothes at home!

 

This month we are emphasizing the camping aspect. Bring your tent and set up near the house or off by yourself. We'll have a camp-fire and maybe tell ghost stories and do the usual camping things.

 

All men are welcome. Admission for members is $45 for campers, $55 for non-campers. Non-members cost $10 more. Admission includes four meals and snacks throughout the weekend. Rain or shine: there's plenty of indoor space to enjoy group and private activities.

The Tamarack Reunion: Gay Men's Mid-Summer Music "Camporee": Fri 23 - Sun 25 July

(Not a TNT!MEN event.) A weekend get-together for men who love men and music on a rustic farm in the Ottawa Valley three hours from Toronto. Clothing-optional.

 

Jack's party at The Forest: Saturday 31 July, 10 am - 8 pm

The Forest (previously known as "The Enchanted Forest") is a clothing-optional gay campground located 45 minutes north of Toronto. TNT!MEN members will get a half-priced day pass for $7.50. Jack, a long-time TNT!MEN member, will be hosting a barbeque at his campsite, #10, and is offering to serve hamburgers, salad and softdrinks at no charge between 5 and 6 pm. BYOB. 1. Drive north on the Don Valley Parkway/404 to the end (Newmarket)
2. Turn right (east) onto Davis Drive.

5. Drive east for about 3-5 minutes, watch for Kennedy Road.
6. Turn left (north) onto Kennedy Road.

Dance Naked at the Barn: Saturday 31 July, 4-8:30 pm

Over a hundred and twenty naked men dancing to the disco beat, chatting on the deck, and having a great time! The clothes check price is included in the entrance fee. Admission $3 for members, $5 for non-members. If you join TNT!MEN ($15 for a year), you get in free!
