We face automobile traffic with our naked bodies as the best way to defend our dignity and expose the dangers faced by cyclists and pedestrians, including the many negative consequences we all face due to our dependence on oil and other forms of non-renewable energy.

Although our numbers were low last year due to the 14 degree weather, we ended up having a great time. This year should be even better. We'll be meeting once again at Coronation Park, south of the Princes Gates at the CNE, on the waterfront, at around 11:30am, planning to leave around 1pm for the ride. The 2007 route will take us through the city, along the waterfront, past Union Station, up Yonge St, through the gay village, across Bloor, south past the ROM, through the UofT campus, south through the Kensington market, east through China Town, south around City Hall, and west along Queen until we wind up at the Java House again for food and refreshments. Should be a great ride; invite all your friends!

START THE RIDE: at 1pm, along several major streets in the city.

BRING: water, sunscreen, a picnic if you like, and some kind of minimal covering in case the police ask us to cover up. Think jockstraps, or some kind of creative cock-cover like we've used at various Pride parades in past years.

Usually on the third Thursday of every month (but not this time), starting at 10pm, the Black Eagle offers free clothing-check to everyone who gets naked. There is no cover-charge; admission is free.

These are clothing-optional events, so there will be some men fully dressed, but you can bet a lot of them will be willing to get at least partially naked if you give them some encouragement, or maybe a little beer...

WARNING: The Black Eagle is notorious for changing its plans at the last minute, especially around Pride, so you should probably check with them before heading out.

Nudists from around the world will be converging on Toronto for the 2007 Gay Pride celebrations. In September 2002, the Crown Prosecutor declared that nudity at Pride Day is legal, and the resulting story was translated into dozens of languages and circled the globe. In 2003 the police publicly said they have no problem with nudity at Pride. And every year since, many men have been naked throught Pride Day, and the police had no problem with it at all. So plan on coming to Toronto to get naked and march with us in the parade. Just remember to wear your shoes!

Toronto puts on one of the biggest Pride celebrations in the world. Each year we get nearly a million people! There's a full week of events. For the official schedule, check out the official Pride Toronto web site.

Come march with us in the parade, and join us at our fun-filled booth! We're looking for volunteers to help us set up and take down the booth, and for people to chat with the thousands who will stop and visit with us during the day.
