- Form must be returned to TNT!MEN by 9 pm, Sunday May 21st, 2000
- Form must be accompanied by registration fee:
Members: $15, Others: $30 (includes one-year membership in TNT!MEN)
Fee includes admission to the event.
- All contestants must be present at all three contest events, on May 23rd,
25th, and 27th.
- Either bring the form to any TNT!MEN event prior to the cutoff date, or

RULES:
- All contestants must live in the Southern Ontario Region and be available
for approximately ten events in support of TNT!MEN during the year following
the title award.
- Mr. Totally Naked Toronto 2000 will be selected according to criteria set
by the judges.
- Judges' tally sheets will be available upon request after the contest at
the convenience of the Executive of TNT!MEN.
- TNT!MEN reserves the right to review the suitability of Mr. Totally Naked
Toronto 2000 as its representative at any time. If, for any reason, the award
winner is not able to serve or unable to complete his term as title holder,
he will be replaced by the runner up.
- For the competition, competitors must be fully naked - i.e. no "accessories"
such as arm bands, harnesses, cock rings, etc.
- The competition is not a beauty or body building contest, but rather a
selection of the most suitable representative of the gay male Naturist/Nudist
community.
- The title "Mr. Totally Naked Toronto 2000" and any revenues accruing
from the name are owned by, and the property of, TNT!MEN.
I certify that I am at least 19 years of age and hereby release TNT!MEN from
liability or loss due to injury to my person or property. I agree to abide by
the rules of the contest (which I have read and confirm by my signature) and
the decision of the judges. I also understand that pictures may be taken during
the event (media or club photographers) and I hereby approve of any event pictures
being used for publication (internal or external).
