I'm happy to report that the staff report entitled Pilot Project: Clothing Optional Beach at Hanlan's Point (Ward 24, Downtown) that was prepared by the Department of Economic Development, Culture, and Tourism of the City of Toronto is now available online. This is not the official copy, but it was sent to me by an official in the city, and I am sharing it with you directly so that our city workers can get on with their other work.
While I'm at it, I just thought I'd mention that all of the printed press that I have seen so far, and there has been a fair bit of it, has been very positive, accepting, and encouraging. Toronto is obviously more ready for this than critics realised.
