The official website for Toronto's bid to host the 2008 Summer Olympic Games lists "Hanlan's Point nude beach" among "Toronto's attractions". Regardless of whether you support Toronto's Olympic bid, you can feel proud that your club was instrumental in creating this officially-recognized attraction by convincing Toronto City Council to make the beach clothing-optional. (Also, doesn't the possibility of seeing Olympic athletes in all their splendour at Hanlan's Point conjure up some pleasant images?)
